Yay… we can tell the difference between these pix XD
Wow, these are all pretty good.
You guys have a while to vote; I’m busy until after the weekend, so I won’t be able to convert the design over for quite a while.
i like how in the 3rd draft, the ‘search’ is floating above his open palm.. but i also don’t like that luc is floating in the middle of no where. alice, did you name him?
@patrick: Though I’d like some time to finetune whichever’s picked (looks like #3 as of now).
@victoria: no name yet…
No one likes #4…-_-
I like number 4, I just want to keep the yet-to-be-named-dude
The mysterious silhouette watching over PoI is named Arty. I felt an instant connection with him, so he will be part of the website design. We can stick the trophy somewhere other than the front page (i.e. Arty as the main design, trophy as a logo for the results section, hedgehog as a logo for the resources section).
I chose #2 only because websites heavy on white tend to hurt my eyes after long period of time. Go piano-book colored backgrounds.
#4, rest are fail because of the vector of the person with the hand sticking out..
Well, as #4, although winning the popular vote, has been DQed by Artem, we will be going with #3 unless there are any objections. A better, more fine-tuned version will be done probably by Monday to Patrick, so he can have his turn to actually work ^.^
Artem likes the vector of the person with the hand sticking out, so he’s DQed #4. Another problem with #4 is that it uses transparencies, which, although cool, are impractical in use because stupid freaking Internet Exploder doesn’t support them
Actually, for #1 and #3, the main text will be on a light grey background, so it won’t be on white.
